NAROS, North American Representative Office of Shenzhen, China and Asian
Marketing Group, LLC  have formed a Strategic Alliance Partnership for the
purpose of facilitating trade and investment opportunities between the US
and Shenzhen, China.  The NAROS and AMG partnership will assist companies in
the areas of direct investment, sourcing/outsourcing and market entry,
including the establishment of joint ventures, wholly-owned ventures, equity
investments, and acquisitions in Shenzhen, China.  AMG will also be working
